Maison Moga was born from the imagination of Alexandre Moga. Passionate about wine and gastronomy, he has learnt and developed amazing knowledge over the years. It is with this desire to deepen his knowledge and above all to share it beyond the friend and family usual company, that Maison Moga was created.
A Provence lover, he has created a unique place in l’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue where you can find the best of the region and other terroirs in a cheese factory, a wine cellar and a fine grocery store. Maison Moga is a high-end venue which focuses on the respect for the production quality and for the work of the artisanal producers.
Maison Moga team goes out to meet producers, to discuss with men and women passionate about their activity, to put faces behind the names and labels and to be able to testify to you about their background and their knowledge. When you come to us to find exceptional products, it is with a piece of history from each artisanal worker that you leave. We taste and select each product for its authenticity and quality, and our selection is constantly questioned to ensure the consistent quality of our wine cellar, cheese shop and fine grocery store.
From the beginning of the project, Maison Moga pushed towards the use of short circuit distribution, local products, organic quality products, eco-responsible and fair-trade products; but we want to offer you more because it is undeniably in this virtuous circle that the values of tomorrow reside.
Maison Moga is always seeking to refine its selection, to make it grow and to share it even more with you, in particular through the launch of its online store and its increasingly numerous collaborations with local tourism partners (regional bed and breakfasts, works councils, etc.).
Maison Moga is a place where quality is at the center of everything. It has a warm and cosy atmosphere, inspired by the founder of the house. This house in the heart of l’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and its furnishment make it very welcoming, and it includes a tasting room and private lounges on the upper floors.
During sunny days, which are very common in Vaucluse, the shaded terrace in the city’s heart but away from the hustle and bustle welcomes you for our famous Sunday brunch and summer evenings.
Free tastings are organized at Maison Moga to present new products and seasonal products as well as themed evenings such as Beaujolais Nouveau, Christmas selection or Spring getting closer… Those are mostly excuses to meet you and share much more in a festive atmosphere and around local and artisanal products.
Maison Moga’s ambition is to become more involved in artisanal production such as olive oil, which would come from its own olive production, or as it is already the case with wine with the Moga wine selection: winegrower friends created some specific productions, Anatole, made from plot selections and an exclusive blend designed by Alexandre and his sommeliers. In addition, if the selection of wine is to be widened, we also wish to increase the ripening capacity of the cheese dairy to offer you more choice but also new products such as matured meat, and to develop more products and projects for tomorrow.
A fabulous adventure born out of a dream and which continues to come true every day, thanks to you!
